Dyspepsia. Many people who suffer from GERD also experience dyspepsia which is a stomach problem that can cause the following:

- Nausea after meals
- Bloating
- Pain and discomfort in the upper abdominal area

The symptoms of acid reflux are a sign that the stomach acids regurgitated into your esophagus are causing damages and it can even cause bleeding. Although heartburn symptoms are common and usually do not become serious you should always seek treatment for it and the best way to start is through natural remedies which are safe and inexpensive.
